Tired from seemingly endless hours working at an investment bank and with tense jaw and shoulders from stress, AMG Snacks founder Amanda Gilman made a change. In 2019, she went from wanting something healthy between meetings, to solving the problem herself. After lots of recipe testing to find the perfect texture, flavors, and portion, her secret got out, and her coworkers were lining up at her desk to try her new energy bites. Today, AMG's snacks are still made with the same healthy, plant-based ingredients Amanda started with in her kitchen, and they're still the perfect size for a quick snack.
